
According to Ann Arbor-based consumer research agency American Customer Satisfaction Index, Lincoln customers are the most highly satisfied of any major automotive manufacturer.
The study, released in August, 2016, placed Lincoln at the top of the heap above all other car manufacturers, at 87 points out of 100 – up by 5% since 2015. Trailing behind Lincoln was Honda, at 86, and Toyota/BMW tied for third place, receiving scores of 85.
