After Hurricane Harvey made landfall in Texas, Lincoln and the Ford Motor Company announced efforts to help Texans affected by Hurricane Harvey – with a variety of special offers and relief packages.
And now, after the recent landfall of Hurricane Irma in Florida, Lincoln and Ford have announced a similar relief package for Floridians who have been affected by Hurricane Irma.
If you live in an area of Florida that has been affected by Hurricane Irma, you could be eligible for a wide variety of special offers and relief packages. In this article, Pines Lincoln will discuss the benefits and packages available at our South Florida Ford Dealership.
The “Florida Is Family” Package
The biggest relief package available to those affected by Hurricane Irma is the “Florida Is Family” package. This relief package is similar to the package offered to Texans affected by Hurricane Harvey.
Customers who have suffered a vehicle loss or totaling are eligible for a special suite of incentives when purchasing a new Lincoln Vehicle through Lincoln Automotive Financial Services. The benefits of this package include:
? Below-Invoice Price – All affected residents may purchase Lincoln vehicles at the same below-invoice rate that Ford employees and their family members receive. No haggling required!
? Payments Deferred Until 2018 – Lincoln vehicles purchased through the Florida Is Family package will have all payments deferred until 2018. This will allow Florida residents to experience lower levels of financial strain – but still replace their lost vehicle while waiting for insurance payments and other compensation.
? Low APR/Lease Rates – Lincoln announced special, lowered APRs and lease rates for Lincoln owners affected by Hurricane Irma. These lower rates will contribute to a more affordable monthly payment, making it easier for Lincoln drivers to replace their lost vehicles.
? Simplified Online Application – To reduce the stress of applying for Lincoln Automotive Financial Services, Ford has created a specialized online application where affected Floridians can apply for credit – both for Ford and Lincoln vehicles.
Affected Florida residents can also call the Ford Disaster Relief Hotline at 1-800-723-4016 to learn more about applying for credit, and being approved for the Florida Is Family program.
The bundle is in effect through October 2, and available for all purchases made through Ford Credit or Lincoln AFS that are completed before October 31.
Deferred Payments For Lincoln Automotive Financial Services Customers
All affected Lincoln Automotive Financial Services customers may defer their payments for up to 2 months, regardless of whether or not their vehicle was damaged during Hurricane Irma.
Affected customers may contact Lincoln Automotive Financial Services to inquire about eligibility, and learn more about how to defer payments and take control of their financial situation after Hurricane Irma.
First Responders Will Receive Discounts For Lincoln Vehicles
To reward the brave first responders who have helped with hurricane relief in hurricane-affected areas, Lincoln and Ford also announced a program where first responders are eligible for a special $1,000 discount.
This discount is fully available with all other available incentives for new Lincoln or Ford vehicles. First responders who are eligible for this program can learn more at Ford Salutes Those Who Serve.
