Do you have a Lincoln car but can’t seem to reset your keypad? Don’t worry, we’re here for the rescue!

The SecuriCode keyless entry keypad is located on the driver’s door and once you enter the code that came with your car, you’re in. However, that’s not working and you’re ready to reset the keypad. Let’s dive right into how you can do so:

Before you begin the reset, you should want to read the locks and security information in your owner’s manual. You should also find that the five-digit security code that was printed on the owner’s wallet card is in the glove compartment.

When you find this information you will be able to get this reset done in no time!

  1. The first thing you have to do enter the factory-set code that you found in the glove compartment.

  2. Next press the 1 and 2 buttons on the keypad.

  3. This will reset the keypad and you will just need to enter your personal five-digit code. We recommend you write this code down and place it in a safe place.

  4. If you have a memory recall feature you press the 1 and 2 buttons to store Driver 1 settings. To set the Driver 2 settings you will need to press the 3 and 4 buttons.

  5. The doors of your Lincoln car will them lock and then unlock to confirm your personal entry code has been programmed.

Just like that, you know how to reset the keypad on your Lincoln car! If you need any help with these steps or maybe you couldn’t find the five-digit security code, come into the Pines Lincoln location and we will fix your keypad right up.
